It is often the case that Landscape Design becomes an afterthought of new developments. This approach to the design of spaces for industry, living and commerce is out-dated. Good design incorporates the needs of people, nature and the
environment from the outset. Aspen consultants provide a unique, holistic and integrated approach to ecological design.
We work with the client to ensure the best outcomes for all. Some areas of interest include:
- Sustainable urban drainage (SUDS)

- Natural play – for all ages
- Biodiversity enhancement

Aspen consultants specialise in ecological mitigation. As society becomes more aware of the impact people are having on the natural environment the need for ecological mitigation is more important than ever. Aspen consultants work closely with a wide range of businesses and organisations to ensure that developments such as housing developments and industrial developments etc. incorporate space for nature. We work closely with clients to find simple, effective and positive interventions that can be included at the design phase.

Aspen provides a range of products that can be used to provide nesting habitat for nature within the structure of new buildings including homes, offices and factories. Our ‘nature nests’ provide much needed sites for endangered species such as the European Swift, bats, House Martins, common garden birds, mammals, amphibians and insects and more.
